This extremely useful booklet from Children’s Heart Federation is available to download and contains lots of information and links on non-medical issues which may be relevant to heart-children and their families.  It includes information on Pre-school, child-care, School issues, respite care, benefit entitlements, post-school options and a list of relevant organisations and professionals who may be able to provide assistance with any of the issues covered by the booklet.
